Boy, do I have the perfect holiday gift for you! I firmly believe the best you can give this year is your time and your attention. It's time to stop, slow down and give out love, peace and cheer to the people around you. 

If you equate the holidays to stressful and hard, please stop. Instead, I want you to look at the holidays as a form of gratitude and a form of love. It's a time that forces you to slow down and give appreciation to all that you care about.
