A self-protection strategy, setting boundaries in a controlling relationship dictates the behavior you are or are not willing to tolerate. Making the decision to go no contact is rarely an easy one. In this week’s episode, I explore boundaries, how I discovered them and how that ultimately led to my decision to go no contact with my narcissistic parent.
