Meet Courtney.

Early in her fertility journey, Courtney tried to conceive naturally with her partner and then decided to do it on her own with a sperm donor instead. 

Courtney participated in Foundations, our online program which shows you everything you can do to optimize your fertility and saw for herself the benefits and resources the FU Project has to offer. Then, after trying IUI and an unsuccessful round of IVF she signed up for the Blueprint session and deep dive with Tasha. 

This is when things really shifted for Courtney. 

Now 21 weeks pregnant with a baby boy,  Courtney speaks with FU Project Client Placement Director, Charlie, about what contributed to her success, how it changed her life, and advice for someone on a similar fertility journey.

PCOS affects so many women and plays a crucial role not only in their fertility journey but also their emotional health and wellbeing. PCOS is not as clear cut as you might think, so it helps to have an experienced coach like our guest, Letisha Bates, to help guide you in reclaiming your health and wellness and to support your fertility journey.

Letisha uses multiple platforms to share evidence-based PCOS education and to help people living with PCOS become their best advocate.

Embryologists play a huge part in the success of our embryos, but how many of us have ever had a conversation with one? Well, today we are talking with a very talented embryologist to get an understanding of what happens behind the scenes of a lab.
