My name is James F and I have been clean and sober since 01/01/2020 thanks to the gift of desperation and reaching out for help. I have had many obsessive addictions, from substances such as cocaine to behavioural addictions such as workaholism. In my recovery I have had great sponsors who have taken me through the 12 steps. In doing this I been shown a new way of life which has gifted me with peace and happiness, and how to get free from the bondage of self.
