The most common topic across EVERY consultation - BREAKFAST. What you have, if you have it and all without asking the question "Should I have it? There is more to the answer than " Breakfast is the most important meal of the day" ( It may not be but that depends on YOU & how you do you. What I do cover in this episode are the questions you could ask yourself to better understand HOW important it MAY BE to you & your lifestyle. A full breakdown of the hidden benefits as well as the response you should expect if you decide to skip on it.
Having reached week 4 within the V3 Hybrid program - there has been a common denominator where NUTRITION is concerned. So many of my clients have gone through similiar "cycle's" when it comes to nutrition. Largely derieved from a poor perception or influence of Media & Trends especially given the time of year where thoughts of NEW YEAR, NEW ME are at the forefront.
In this episode - I counter one of the most frequent requests I receive. Will you design a meal plan to help " Build Muscle ", "Burn Fat", "Eat Healthier", "Tone Up", "Increase Energy"... etc etc ?? The most common answer provided by me is - I would rather build a plan to suit your PREFERENCES (food choices ), your LIFESTYLE & ADAPT it in line with your GOALS.
I waited on purpose to release this episode so that I could reach people who are already finding themselves in the midst of the STRUGGLE that is MAINTAINING your COMMITTMENT towards your 2022 Goals where Physical, emotional & overall wellbeing goals are concerned. I want to help you adopt a NEW perspective that has PROVEN time & time again that we make the same mistakes time & time again. Without bringing the negative to your "NEW YEAR NEW YOU" bubble - I feel it's an incredible opportunity to break the cycle of normal approach & allow this to sink DEEP in the subconscious so you gain all the BENEFITS but without the feelings of OVERWHELM, GUILT, and ultimately FAILURE. In this episode - I challenge the word "depression" & aim to help you perceive it in a very different way. Hopefully this COULD HELP if you are struggling with the feelings of depression ( SUPPRESSION ) & perhaps it is linkied to how you feel about your physique. Naturally I give context to the cycle of actions typically associated with people who are trying to " LOSE WEIGHT " & provide advice based on what I have learned from some of the leading experts in the field psychology & neuroscience. By the end of this episode - I hope that you will see a much bigger & more rewarding picture than that displayed on the weighing scales.
Not another " POSITIVE THINKING " lecture - HELL NO!!! Based on what I've learned from some my clients - I want to provide an applicable 10 Step process to ACHIEVING EVERYTHING you want to achieve. I keep it Body Transformation oriented but I believe this process can be used across several area's of your life where the potential to achieve more is the focus. I suggest bringing a Pen & Paper to this one & encourage you to truly get to grips with your ambitions by taking some form of ACTION once you've listened.
There are so many attributes associated with HIGH LEVEL ACHIEVEMENT but in todays episode - I want to compress my learning into 3 Keys to TRANSFORM your BODY & your LIFE.
