Jen has been on some journey, a journey paved with violence, physical and emotional abuse, isolation but determination. It also gave her her son Carter and it was the thought of a threat to Carter that Jen knew she had to get away!

Looking back it’s incredible how strong Jen was. Now back in Ireland safe happy and 12-stone lighter Jen is an inspiration to many. I have so grateful to you Jen for allowing me to share your story.
