Its that time of year! You know you want to join the gym. But there is one thing stopping you; your confidence and self esteem. Ok, that's two things, but either shouldn't be a reason not to go. In this episode, I discuss the issue of gaining enough confidence to join the gym for the first time and give you a few tools to help you with this.
