For a long time, I was afraid of being alone.

So I kept moving from relationship to relationship, from connection to connection, convincing myself that I just wasn’t the kind of person who could be single.

In this episode, I share the story of what happened when I finally stopped running from being alone… and realised it wasn’t as scary as I’d made it out to be.

If you’re feeling anxious about being single, behind, or unsure of who you are without someone else, this episode is a gentle reminder that you are capable of holding yourself, and that sometimes, being alone is where you find yourself.

Throughout my life I have noticed a pattern, where I will perform in a way that doesn’t align with who I really am.
