They have kids in all the stages (similar to me) and also connect to women in general (they don’t only talking about things related to being a mom). They share parenting tips and info on many great books, but also lots of information about meditation, miracle morning and taking time for ourselves amidst the chaos of parenthood. I can’t recommend this podcast enough!
