Julianne and Aaron Carpenter farm in the remote Hawke’s Bay area of Puketitiri, under the Kawekas… The whole area of Rissington, Patoka and Puketitiri has been cut off, with no power and limited communication. Julianne managed to find some cell service and called Hamish and Rebecca to tell them more.
