Alan Jackson & David Yannetti answer the allegations of perpetrating a fraud upon the court when they presented ARCCA witnesses to the court and jury as unbiased, unpaid neutral witnesses who had only very little communication with the defense. Hank Brennan presented texts and other communications that revealed ARCCA had frequent communication with the defense team. Brennan also presented an invoice for $23, 925. from ARCCA to Karen Read’s defense team.
