Kate Shaw is a Professor of Law and the Co-Director of the Floersheimer Center for Constitutional Democracy. He is also the author of a new book titled, "Chefs, Drugs, and Rock & Roll: How Food Lovers, Free Spirits, Misfits, and Wanderers Created a New American Profession."
