This week’s case was brought to us by an avid Housewives of True Crime listener (Thanks, Sasha!), and we’re not lying when we say it is a wild ride. 

In San Antonio, TX lived two lovebirds, Francis and Bill Hall, who were happy with their two children… Or so Francis thought. 

Bill was having an affair with 28-year-old Bonnie Contreras, a woman he had met at a Texas festival. Their affair continued for a few years, but things came to a head when the truth came out. After a gnarly texting war between Bonnie and Francis, things got ugly as indecent pictures and scathing insults were hurled back and forth. 

“But Bonnie, in return, is no Michelle Obama. When they go low, she be going lower.” – Gretchen (19:37)

While Bonnie continuously refuted Bill’s side of the story, her blatant disregard for Bill’s family made the situation volatile, and the three of them had their final confrontation on a two-lane highway. 

The outcome? Murder. But you know you can count on Gretch and Tab to look at things from all sides…

“She didn’t go out there to kill Bill. She went out there because she’s so upset that he’s having an affair and lying to her. And this crazy Bonnie chick… is an immature a-hole.” – Tabitha (33:44)
