One Utah school district is now asking a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit against them over claims that they allowed racial bullying and harassment by another student. The Iron County School District says they can't find enough proof the incident happened, so they want the lawsuit dismissed. They also say they aren't responsible for harm caused to a student by another. Greg and Holly are on very different sides of this issue; they share their stances.
Downtown Salt Lake City businesses are urged to prepare now for a decrease in foot traffic once the Salt Palace Convention Center closes for three years. The temporary closure is part of the plan to revitalize the center and build a new sports and entertainment district between the convention center and the Delta Center. The closure is expected to begin in all 2027. KSL TV's Daniel Woodruff provides updates on the closure, and Greg and Holly discuss the economic impacts to downtown businesses because of the closure with Executive Director of the Downtown Alliance Dee Brewer.

Wedding bells are getting a bit quieter in this day and age, especially among young people. Over the last several years, there's been a notable decrease among adults in the belief that marriage is essential for a good life -- that's according to the American Family Survey. The Deseret News' Lois Collins has a new piece out on this topic, which she decided to write about thanks to a conversation on a recent flight to Europe. She joins the program to explain.

Then, we shift focus to how non-profits are helping kids and families this summer, plus why it's so important that children get proper nutrition in order to thrive. Utah Food Bank CFO Kent Liston and Utahns Against Hunger Director Gina Cornia join the conversation.
Is artificial intelligence actually to blame for a dimmer job market for new college grads? Or is it something else? The Federal Reserve Bank of New York is out with some new data that looks at these situations and it turns out, something else is to blame: remote work.
President Trump says he isn't rushing to make a deal with Iran right now, even as the two sides continue to trade strikes amid a shaky ceasefire. All of that has Greg and Holly wondering: at what point does a ceasefire cease being a ceasefire? Like, can we even call it that anymore? We get updates on the peace negotiations from NewsNation; Greg and Holly share their own thoughts on the status of the war and the involvement of other countries in the region.
