Residents in Spanish Fork will have to wait another few weeks to find out whether or not the city council will make changes that would open the door to a data center in their town. The city is the latest to face strong pushback from its residents over a potential data center. In this case, there's a proposal to build one near the mouth of Spanish Fork Canyon. Amidst the opposition, the mayor says he's supportive of the development, calling it an opportunity. We hear comments from him during last night's meeting, and the Inside Sources hosts broaden the conversation to talk about nationwide feelings on data centers.

There's finally some movement in the case for Tyler Robinson, the man charged with killing Charlie Kirk. After what felt like an eternity of a preliminary hearing -- and a really long reading from the judge last night -- Robinson will head to trial. The Kirk family is asking that things move ahead more quickly, but will they? KSL Legal Analyst Greg Skordas weighs in on whether we should expect everything else in this case to move forward just as slowly.

This morning, a kind of opening ceremony for the program kicked off at Backman Elementary School in Salt Lake City. Several more opening ceremonies will take place at schools all over Utah over the next few weeks. Amid the war with Iran, the Secretary of the Army has announced his resignation. Last night, Dan Driscoll stepped down after less than 2 years in the position. It's the latest resignation amid a slew of resignations that have plagued Secretary Pete Hegseth's Department of Defense.

There are only 10 days to go until the 25th anniversary of the devastating, tragic terror attacks on 9/11. In the lead-up to this special anniversary, we're learning that the alleged mastermind behind the attacks won't have his confessions admitted in court.  A military judge has now thrown out the confessions because of how they were obtained.
