We're taking a few weeks off here on Kyle Meredith W..., but wanted to thank you for listening in this year by sharing some of our favorite interviews from 2023. We'll be back with brand new episodes on January 8th. For now, here's my chat with Pearl Jam’s Jeff Ament.
Here are the original show notes:
Pearl Jam’s Jeff Ament catches up with Kyle Meredith to talk about the debut album, Catastrophic Metamorphic, that’s just arrived from his side project Deaf Charlie, a collaboration with former Fitz and the Tantrums drummer John Wicks. The singer-bassist tells us the duo’s origin story, finding their sound, and stories behind several of the songs. Of course, Ament also gives us some details on the next Pearl Jam album, how advice that Neil Young gave them has applied to the moment, and when the album might make its way out, as well as a bit of talk of the 1998 album, Yield, with its 25th anniversary in mind.
Listen to Pearl Jam’s Jeff Ament chat about all this and more in the new episode or watch via YouTube. Please take the time to like, review, and subscribe to KMW wherever you get your podcasts, and keep up to date with all our series by following the Consequence Podcast Network.
