Day two of my Around the World Ride: I rode 259 miles (416 km) from Indianapolis to Newark, Ohio.

The morning of May 26, 2024, I set off from Chicago to begin my 18,000-mile ride around the world. On my first day, I rode 220 miles (354 km) to Indianapolis.

In this episode, I break down my Specialized Roubaix bike setup for the Around the World Record attempt.

This summer, I'm riding around the world to try and break the women's Guinness World Record (currently held by Jenny Graham at 124 days). I have to ride a minimum of 18,000 miles (29,000km). The route isn't set and that's part of the fun! 

I asked Bea & Luca, expert route builders and race organizers, to design my track through Europe.
