Myriah was raised Christian, beginning in the Methodist Church and later being baptized into the Church of Christ in high school. During college, her performance in a community theatre show led her to meet and develop a friendship with a family who were members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. After attending a baptism, she became curious about the Church and studied it for six months. Myriah worked through lots of questions and anxieties she had about the LDS Church, until she discovered the truth. Through the Holy Ghost, Myriah gained a testimony that baptism by priesthood authority was a necessary step.

Malik never expected to join the LDS Church—in fact, he fought hard against it. After years of exploring different Christian denominations, arguing with missionaries, and even being anti-Mormon, he felt a pull he couldn’t ignore. He kept going back and forth, not fully knowing if the doctrine he was learning was true. Eventually, he got tired of his doubts and asked God for clarity. What happened next changed his life.

Goran Štrbački grew up in Serbia in an unhealthy household with very little to eat, had a sick brother who was sent away, and even lived through bombings by NATO in 1999. After leaving home at 19, he joined the military. One night while thinking about his life, he felt distraught and decided to ask God if He exists. Jared grew up as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, but never truly thought about his testimony.
