Laurentine ten Bosch joins us on today’s show. She is the co-founder of Food Matters, a nutrition platform and global health movement with a community of over 4 million people. Food Matters has produced the ground breaking documentaries Food Matters, Hungry for Change, and Transcendence 1 & 2 which are now hosted on the renowned GAIA tv network.
We recently had James Colqhourn on the show to tell us all about the Food Matters brand & their story, and Laurentine joins us today to talk about her love of food, mindset & spiritual practices which help her to live an aligned life.
Laurentine grew up living in Vanuatu in a privileged household, but spent most of her time playing and learning from the local community where she learnt about the true paradoxes of life. She has travelled the world, speaks many languages and has a firm belief system that keeps her on her purpose path.
Laurentine and James have spent 15 years growing their impactful business and now they aim to share those learnings with their community through launching the latest pillar of their company, Wellcademy by Food Matters to help people grow an online wellness business. I have had a sneak peak of this course and it is brilliant at breaking through confusion and setting a pathway of clarity In launching your business.
