5oz/150ml Empress 1908 Gin (we think they meant 1.5oz)1.5oz/45ml Falernum Liqueur1.5oz/45ml Lemon Juice3 dashes Rhubarb BittersElderflower Tonic to top
 Add gin, falernum and lemon juice into a shaker. Add bitters and a handful of ice. Shake and strain into a tall glass filled with ice and top off with tonic. Garnish with lemon peel.

BATANGA RECIPE: 2oz/60ml TEQUILA BLANCO3.5oz/105ml COCA-COLA.4oz/12.5ml LIME JUICE1 pinch SALT 
 Stir salt and lime juice in the base of a highball glass so that the salt dissolves. Add ice and other ingredients and briefly stir. Garnish with a salt rim (optional).
