One of the things that always surprises people about me is that I’m in introvert (it’s true, INFJ here!)  

And I think what surprises them is that they seeing me putting myself out there in business, hosting a podcast, teaching workshops … appearing confident and grounded in being front-and-center in my business. 

While that’s true now, it’s been a process of development – with practice I’ve learned how to foster a sense of confidence being the face of my business, taught myself techniques to support my nervous system and probably most importantly, leaned heavily on automations that makes it seem like I’m everywhere at once … while I’m actuality I’m curled up in my fuzzy blankets drinking tea and reading a book. 

On today’s episode of Wealthy Wellness Biz, I want to share my thoughts on why I think that not only is it totally possible to start your own wellness podcast as an introvert … but I actually think that introverts make some of THE best podcast hosts.
