When it comes to having multiple seven figures dropped in your account, there is definitely something to be said for feeling like you have it all. However, when looking deeper into what this "all there is" actually means, it's important to remember that even with all of our success and blessings, we are still just humans struggling through this life. Ultimately, the question of whether or not we have "it all" is one that always remains open to interpretation and change that consciousness is all there is and that if you live in accordance with that, you will be happy.

And so, when you hit a level of success and go, is this all there is it's time for a deeper question, like, who am I. What am I doing? Why am I doing what I'm doing?" - Kenny Chapman

We are cracking the code of that driven mind. Last week, I talked about apologizing to a frontline team or team member. However, in today's episode, I will focus on how to apologize when it involves a leader in the business or the entire leadership team. Sometimes leaders have a different exposure and an overall understanding of the different working components than a frontline team member. That's why I'll be sharing six steps you can put into practice when you apologize to a leader or leadership team.
Let's dive into the second part of how to apologize!
