Do you feel you have been on a rut recently? It happens to the best of us. We put our heads down, push through each day, let ourselves settle into a certain kind of rut, and before we know it we’re restless and weary and can’t figure out how we got there. It’s important to keep in mind that being uncomfortable with the status quo is okay and is often a good thing.
If you’re feeling this way, making some key routine changes could offer the variety you didn’t even know you were looking for in your life.
Yes, routines can undoubtedly be effective for increasing your productivity and approaching your day with some strategy. But, there comes a point when your desire to stick with the predictable manages to only get in your way.

  • 68. Break through your "not enough" mentality
It's so common for us to feel like what we have isn't enough or what we're doing isn't enough or who we are isn't enough.
How many times have you gone to bed feeling you could have done more, that you didn't do enough. Maybe you think you could have done more at work, with your kids, or your partner, in our workouts or around the house. More, more, more. We are constantly bombarded by this thought that we need to do more or we need to be more.
We shouldn't live this life where we're constantly feeling like enough is never enough. We need to realize how fortunate we are to have what we have and recognize that that already is enough. So in this week's podcast episode we will be uncovering the drivers for this "not enough" mentality and I will share a few tips to help you overcome this "not enough" mentality.

  • 66. Grow Intentionally

Are you trying to read your books and listen to all the podcasts because you think that if you get to the end, you’ll have the result you’re craving? If so, you need to rethink that strategy or you are going to end up experiencing personal development paralysis and burnout.

Yes, you need to grow, because as someone said, we are either growing of we are dying. But we should not grow for the shake of growing.

On today's podcast episode I will share how I moved from accidental growth to intentional growth and how to get out of a personal development burnout or paralysis and start growing intentionally towards a better version of yourself.

After a couple of special episodes we are jumping back at our Personal Productivity and Time Management mini series. In previous episodes we talked about effectiveness and efficiency and today I want to talk about the 3rd pillar or personal productivity: ENERGY.

“Energy, Not Time, Is The Fundamental Currency Of High Performance” this quote is the inspiration for today’s episode. If we want to perform at our best, we must first and foremost manage our energy, not only our time.

On today’s podcast episode I will be sharing my tips to manage your energy so you can accomplish more in less time, aka increase your personal productivity while feeling at your bests
