Julie and Jessica wrote Seasons of Sound to share the benefits of using sound as part of a yoga practice. As yoga teachers, they incorporate sound via instruments into their classes as well as offer trainings so teachers can learn how to integrate sound and music into their classes as a way to add a new dimension to teaching and the experience of their students.
