The last portion of the episode focuses on viewing our "weirdness" as a strength. A few centuries ago, being weird was punished. Now, one's weirdness can become their superpower by using storytelling to create a strong personal brand.

The main point Jason wants the audience to understand is that knowing yourself gives you the confidence to sell your ideas to people. Your identity is foundational to applying your ideas. You must know who you are as a person, what makes you unique, and what your values are to successfully sell your ideas.
