  • When things don't go your way, ask your self what's the test?

We have expectations for our plans to pan out a particular way however sometimes our plans take a turn and we respond in frustration.

Challenge your initial response by asking your self this question. What is the test?

Ask the question to yourself and sometimes you get the most amazing answers.

Remember your greatest frustrations can yield the largest profits.

Profit is not just money, it can be growth in your mind, your health, your relations, or your spirituality.

Emotional responses are powerful but not used correctly can you make you powerless.

Again you are great the way you are but you can always be better. #selfdriven

  • Strategy to Lose Weight without Depriving Your Favorite Foods

In this episode we look at an alternative strategy in losing weight.

Food often times can create powerful emotions like happiness, joy, or comfort.

However there are other activities and habits that can create similar emotions.

Look over your own personal habits and see how often you are doing some of these activities.

If these activities are slim try buffing them up.

Doing more of these alternative activities  can create that emotion from food.

If you have never lost the weight before consider listening to this episode.

Or better yet if you lost it before and gained it back, hope it can bring you some insight.

Replace those emotions with other activities and watch the lbs start going down.

  • Technique to Manage Anxiety by Establishing What is Most Important

We all have that time in our lives when tasks compile and our anxiety goes through the roof. The two common strategies are too tackle every single thing at the same time or become paralyzed and not do anything because there is just way too much to do.

Today I give you a technique I teach my coaches to be able to manage their anxiety by parking what is partly important and creating massive action on things that are the most important to them. Make sure to have a pen and paper write things down and see if it helps you in any way.

Happiness can be trained just like our fitness. The more you practice the more you get better. Hope you guys enjoy this episode and enjoy your holidays.
