Although I live by "Life is Fake", unfortunately our feelings are very real especially when it comes to relationships, dating, and heartbreak. In this week's episode, I share my most recent dating fiasco that includes love bombing, overthinking, and heart ache. But with heart ache comes healing so I also share my newest coping mechanisms to help guide you through your whirlwind of emotions. No one is perfect & this is all part of the process -- all we can do is try to give grace, be understanding, and learn from the experience (& not hold a grudge). Love you besties! Xx
