In this episode Jason Larkins interviews Kelvin Lam, former college cheerleader turned coach. Kelvin shares his journey and experiences from his cheerleading days to his coaching career. He talks about his time at various universities, how he landed finally at the University of Hawaii and his coaching position at San Jose State. Additionally, he compares allstar and college cheer and shares his recent decision to become a full-time consultant.
