Today’s episode Key is joined by Sammi Soul . They discussed suicide . Key described how it felt to lose a family member to suicide. Sammi told her story of how she attempted suicide and what caused her to get to that point. They discussion myths surrounding it and what mental health facilities really are like and Sammi offered advice to any listeners that could be in a dark space.
