The running world lost a bright light and we start the show on a somber note and pay our respects to the great Gabe Grunewald. Then we talk everything NCAA track and field starting with the men (11:52) and how old is too old for NCAA runners, talk about how the LRC crew missed Mondo Duplantis for some BBQ (34:38), have a little men's 800 talk including Bryce Hoppel and Clayton Murphy (41:31), before turning to the women's NCAA meet (46:25). Then it's 'Mom Audio' with the Brojo's mom going to NCAAs and loving the discus and buying tickets with Devon Allen and Tim Broe (64:40). Mother nature came out on top in Stockholm. Rhonex Kipruto impressed in the 10,000 but is he a threat at Worlds? Paul Chelimo didn't qualify and Steve Cram was not impressed with the 1,500. A transgender female CeCe Telfer won the NCAA D2 400m hurdle crown (43:45). What does it mean? And in our HOKA ONE ONE segment, Sage Canaday joins us before he runs the Comrades Marathon next week in South Africa (60:35)

Noah Lyles beat Christian Coleman for the first time ever at 100m and we may have the rivalry the sport needs. JUCO star Kenny Bednarek pulled a sub 20/sub 45 double that is almost unheard of but Michael Norman may have had the best 200 of the weekend. What about 100/200/400 high schooler Matt Boling? We have sprint talk the first 20 minutes of the podcast. Then a little discussion of another World Marathon Major (21:48), before we turn to discussing whether Paul Chelimo is in trouble or just starting the season more slowly because Worlds are later in the year (26:45).
