Prior to Stephan Partners, George founded Stephan Direct, a full-service direct marketing agency based in New York City. Before that, he managed consumer packaged goods accounts including Pepsi, Frito-Lay and Mars for three of the largest worldwide agencies: BBDO, FCB and Publicis.
George has been an instructor in account management, branding and strategy at the Parsons School of Design. He has written articles and given speeches about his views on promise-based branding and digital marketing. George lives in New York and Maine with his wife, his daughter and his dog, Walter.
