Oftentimes we see others that are in a similar space to us as competitors, but what if we started viewing them as collaborators? I recently had this realization and figured out ways that I could work together with these people to benefit both of our businesses. I will be sharing an example specific to my business in this episode, but hope that this prompts some ideas and opportunities for you to grow your business while also helping others grow theirs.
