Can micro-credentials be used to create new pathways to social mobility for rural learners who are impacted by poverty, particularly for Black, Latino, and Indigenous people? Digital Promise joins learners and leaders from the University of Maine System’s All Learning Counts Initiative and the Kentucky Valley Educational Cooperative to highlight preliminary findings from our ongoing research on the use of micro-credentials in rural postsecondary institutions.
