In this episode we are going to talk about Confidence. What is it, why improving your confidence is important, and, most importantly, how to cultivate confidence!
The reality is that, ultimately, confidence isn't what you look like, or how much you weigh, or your IQ, although we so often believe that to be the case. We incorrectly focus on that something about ourselves that is external, or out of our control, and allow it to determine our confidence. Instead, let's focus on those things we can actually do to cultivate more confidence.

In this episode, we are going to talk about "what you tell your brain tells you is what your brain believes"! This is one of my favorite topics because it can really help us quickly change our mindset. And with practice, also affects, long term, how we can see ourselves. The key is to always be mindful of the messages you are telling yourself.

All things that help us when we want to keep a more positive mindset and stay focused on accomplishing our dreams and reaching our dreams. While routines create structure and set the habits needed to reach your goals, they also are good for your mental health, improve your sleep, and help you feel more in control.

In this episode, we are going to talk about Focus and Attention! The key is to focus on what you want, while also deciding to not allow distractions to derail you! In order to get what you want you have to maintain focus and attention on that goal or dream. Often getting what you want is having clarity about it! So, the first step is to ask yourself "What do I want?". This question can't necessarily be answered quickly or without due reflection.

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit. –Will Durant
