I will not pretend for one second that this is NOT the same reason I got involved in training. I wanted to have a muscular body because I thought it would help attract more ladies…
I still think, in some circumstance, it can be an awesome goal.
But there is one massive problem… MOST women who are working really hard to change their body image are doing it the wrong way.
More cardio, less weight training… this is not the way to create the body that you want.
