Have you been thinking about starting a health and fitness journey? Maybe you don't know where to start. Well, let me offer you some advice, and it might seem elementary.
You shouldn't do this for someone else, or bc of shit you've seen all over social media. This is something that starts inside of yourself, a desire to do more for YOU. That's it.
Lets dive deeper and explore what else it take to be fit and healthy- here is a hint, it doesn't take much. Although some other fitness experts will tell you otherwise. All you need a desire to be a better version of who YOU ALREADY ARE, and well the mindset to not get all jacked up in the process.
