What is our purpose? I feel like we all have a purpose, and we are actually living that purpose. However, sometimes it is unclear what exactly that is. Did I do a good job? I should have done differently? This podcast is all about our kid's choices and what that means for US!

The one who is secretly awesome, and what sleepers are thinking. We discuss 3 beliefs sleepers have:

1. They are a part of something bigger than themselves.

2. They think about their futures.

3. They see others as sleepers too.

Her goal was to get control of her eating and lose a little bit of weight.  She did create success in her goals but also learned a few things along the way.
