"What if you telling yourself that you're so special is the thing that actually keeps you separate from experiencing more good things?" In this short but powerful episode of Literally First Class, Keri shares her perspective on this topic inspired by a moment of self-coaching she had recently. Sometimes, the problem with thinking you're too special makes you see yourself as too different from everybody else. Is that really true?
You might think that seeing yourself as too different from other entrepreneurs is a positive thing, but it can also bring a negative connotation. Maybe following the path that other successful people already followed is exactly what you need. Maybe the reason why a specific strategy or business model is working for someone else is because it actually works. It's a matter of shifting old beliefs. Tune in!

During this episode, Keri answers several questions from the Somatic Success Society® Facebook Group. All the questions revolve around getting in a relaxed station, stepping out of anxiety, and dealing with moments of unrest. When it comes to avoiding anxiety attacks, it's important to look at what was happening before the attack. It's less about snapping out of it and more about listening to the nervous system.
In parallel, if a person has trouble relaxing, it's probably because the body feels unsafe to relax, maybe due to a pattern that started in childhood. Anxiety tics or nervous tics, on the contrary, happen because of an impulse of the body itself. The body is reliving a stress response. Tune in to learn more!
