It was a really challenging experience.

I learned a LOT during those three years.

Teaching online is very different than teaching in a traditional classroom. Here are five quick tips to help make this transition and smooth as possible. 

1. Embrace routine and repetition
2. Encourage connection and discussion
3. Keep it simple
4. Slow down...the pacing is different
5. LIVE lessons are a waste of time
