  • Managing Anger, Confrontation & Regret

When it comes to feeling our feelings, the intense visceral effect of negative emotions, such as anger, are pretty hard to conjure up when we are not in those actual states.

That’s because feelings like anger are not based in reason or thought, they are deep feeling and emotional reactions that elicit a number of physiological responses, all urging the body to take action to right some perceived wrongdoing.

Today, I explore why anger leads to confrontation, which inevitably leads to regret and a better way to manage these harder emotions moving forward.

  • The Four Seasons of Life: How to Adapt & Thrive

In today's episode I share the story I found in Ram Jain's blog (below) about the seasons of nature and how we apply this to our own lives. Accepting the season we are in is a transformational experience and when we can apply this philosophical idea to our whole existence, we create more space for self-reflection, love and ultimately success.

  • Making Decisions and Taking Action … without regret or anxiety

Many of us are in the habit of responding before we really know whether it is a yes or no. We leap to decisions and action, only to end up with regret and anxiety; trying to undo what we’ve already done without hurting anyone else’s feelings. However, there is a way to avoid all of this and it really only requires us to do one thing.

This is what I talk about in today's episode. Let's get started!
