The biggest misconception with Youtube is that you’ll get rich off of it. WRONG. The most I’ve made in a single channel when I monetized it was $300, so it’s far from life-changing. 

Where does the money come in? It’s the leads. We only use Youtube as a platform to get clients to work with us at zero costs, so if you were to ask me, just doing Youtube alone isn’t the answer but only the jumping-off point. Sure you can monetize it and get a few hundred dollars, but it’s neither going to hurt or help your business.

We put up Channel Junkies because we want to help realtors shift towards this new age of real estate and teach more people what we know.
