I’ve been trying out different platforms lately like Clubhouse and have seen other people teaching the wrong things. I look them up and sure they have a following but don’t seem to be doing what they’re teaching. That would make one think ‘Is this even really working?’ I’ve done everything when I was starting out and all that I share with you are the things that have been working for me and obviously, I have my business to show for. Our success is proof that the lessons I give are legit. 

In creating content, the key is to do things yourself. Do your research, talk to the community, walk around the city. You can’t just rely on blogs for general information. You have to get in there and do the work so that your body of knowledge, which customers look for is coming from direct sources. It’s not enough to say what kind of schools or restaurants are in there. You have to sell the city’s culture as a whole and why living there will make their lives so much better.
