We always get a listing at least once a month, if not 2 or 3.
The sellers are here and for various reasons—from growing needs to a job relocation. I’ve been led down the path of traditional real estate before and I got tired of it. Now, we get to do the same thing, except everything’s optimized according to consumer’s needs, making the content we put out more efficient and effective.
