Today, Clodagh has switched seats in the Unspoken studio as she is this week's guest! Clodagh is joined by show producer Claire Darmody who helps her to very bravely shares her Unspoken with us. Clodagh's Unspoken centres around the lifelong anxiety she has experienced, and during today's conversation she speaks about her earliest memories of anxiety, the impact anxiety has always had on her, but also the huge change that has come to her life since learning how to take control of her anxiety, so it no longer controls her.
