Karl spent 17 years working at the City of North Miami Beach Police Department. Karl worked the streets proactively and put bad guys in jail.

Karl eventually was promoted to Sergeant and when began to hold the young officers on his shift to the agencies standards; they retaliated against him and filed bogus complaints.

A new Chief of Police came in a forced internal affairs to sustain allegations against Karl and he decided it was time to move on from this career.

Karl went from number one on the captains promotional list to being attacked based for political and race issues.

Karl retired and now tells his story of what can happen when you do everything right and they still come for you.

Corporal Salvador Oldrati was involved in an officer involved shooting September 14th 2021.

Corporal Oldrati was face to face with an armed subject who pointed a gun and him and Corporal Oldrati did what he was trained to do and eliminated the threat.

The subject ended up being the homeowner who called in a fake call that there were two armed subjects in his yard and then pointed the gun at police when they arrived.

The shooting was cleared as justified based on the circumstances and Corporal Oldrati returned to duty.

20 months after the shooting the new Democrat Attorney General of New Jersey indicted Corporal Oldrati for murder.

Sgt. John Mattingly was part of the search warrant entry at the Breonna Taylor incident.

Sgt. Mattingly was shot upon making entry into the residence which led to officers returning fire.

Sgt. Mattingly talks about how the DOJ weaponized their power to go after the police all while exonerated and refusing to prosecute the real suspect.

Sgt Mattingly advocates for justice for his friend Brett Hankison was arrested and tried for civil rights violations as a result of this operation, and although his rounds struck no one, he was the only person convicted of a crime.

Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Renato Tavares developed his affinity and talent for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at a young age. Tavares became notable early in his jiu jitsu career competing actively in the blue belt division and winning 18 out of 23 tournaments. In 1995, Tavares received his black belt under grandmaster Carlson Gracie Sr in 1996.

In 2002, Tavares moved to the United States and eventually settled in Vero Beach, Florida where he started his own jiu jitsu training organization.

Today, Renato Tavares Association, has over 37 affiliate training locations across the country and international.

Tavares' extensive achievements have been reflected in numerous competitions and tournaments which include, but are not limited to, 7x Master World, 2 European and 13x Pan-American champion. Twelve of those in featherweight and one absolute division title.

In addition to focusing on his own journey, Tavares has embodied the definition of an instructor, mentor, facilitator, and friend for his students and colleagues.

Tavares has built a healthy learning environment for the art of jiu jitsu and a genuine family atmosphere where everyone can feel welcomed and accepted as family as they embark on their own journey.

Tavares as also made it his personal goal to expose and highlight the importance of jiu jitsu in law enforcement. He has invested much of his own time to exploring law enforcement specific elements and how jiu jitsu can be applied to aid and support the objective cops have dealing with subjects in the field. He has donated time and resources to local law enforcement agencies to build relationships in an effort to create buy-in from deputies and officers. His selflessness, humility, and generosity is unmatched and I am privileged and honored to sit down with Master Renato Tavares and bring you a piece of his influence and perspective.

I sat down with Lieutenant Christopher Lester who is a current watch commander for the Indian River County Sheriff's Office in Florida.

Lt. Lester was shot in the line of duty early in his career and was lucky to survive the incident. Lt. Lester has been involved in two other critical shooting incidents since then.

Lt. Lester has worked the streets, definitely a Goon, in investigations with yours truly, was then promoted to Patrol Sergeant and recently promoted to Patrol Lieutenant.

I sat down with the former Deputy Chief of the Palm Bay Police Department Lance Fisher.

Fisher was a combat Marine and then became a police officer at the Palm Bay Police Department in Florida.

Fisher worked patrol and then went on to street crimes. He eventually supervised the street crimes unit as Big Sarge, and after that as the LT.

Fisher worked his way to Deputy Chief but learned all the loyalty and hard work he put into his career would be quickly destroyed over a simple disagreement with the Chief of Police.

The Chief was a former partner, close friend, and Godfather to one of Deputy Chief Fisher's children but none of that mattered when they set out to get rid of Deputy CHief Fisher.

In Episode 3 I speak with Christopher "YNW Belly" Bellefleur who was a decorated patrol deputy and Detective at the same agency I worked for.

Bellefleur was instrumental in solving several homicide cases and the case agent on several large scale drug investigations.
