Jahmir Johnson was always going to be a rental option for Texas A&M. A one-year starter who transferred from Tennessee, Johnson made an impact in the run game, and was stable enough in pass protection to give Zach Calzada time.

With Johnson now headed to the NFL, the question turns to who should take his place at left tackle in 2022. There will be several names, but former right tackle Reuben Fatheree is likely the first to get a shot. Or is it Trey Zuhn? Join Locked on Aggies host Cole Thompson to find out more!

Kenyon Green will now be headed to the NFL. With that in mind, the Aggies have options when it comes to playing the left guard role in 2022.

A simple move would be for the Aggies to move Bryce Foster from guard to center. Another move would be to give former starter Aki Ogunbiyi reps after a mixed season. Could a freshman come in and start right away as well? Join Locked on Aggies host Cole Thompson as he breaks down what are the options at left guard.

Tight end Jalen Wydermyer was a standout for Texas A&M in three seasons. Now, he's off to the NFL and the Aggies are without one of their best players.

Can A&M simply just promote Baylor Cupp to the top roster spot entering the spring? Is there another name that could contend for the role of TE No. 1? Join Locked on Aggies host Cole Thompson as he breaks down the options to take over for Wydermyer in 2022.

Isaiah Spiller is leaving big shoes to fill in College Station. Is Devon Achane up for the challenge. Spiller heads to the 2022 NFL Draft with hopes of becoming the first running back taken. Back in Aggieland, three players could pile together to replace his three years of over 3,500 total yards.

Achane, who played the compliment role, has speed. Amari Daniels, who has a hybrid-type feel, could be in line for more reps. LJ Johnson, a prime burly runner from the 2021 recruiting cycle, has proven he can handle a bigger load. Who is the top guy? Join Locked on Aggies host Cole Thompson to find out more!

Max Johnson? Conner Weigman? Haynes King? Other? Find a stable quarterback and Texas A&M can win it all in 2022.

The Aggies will be replacing Zach Calzada, who elected to enter the transfer portal following the 2021 season. Despite going 6-4 as a starter, Calzada never felt as if he stepped in as QB1. Johnson, a former starter at LSU, has the experience. King, the initial 2021 starter, has familiarity. Weigman, the 2022 commit, has upside and years to grow.

Who should be the starter in 2022? Join Locked on Aggies host Cole Thompson as he breaks down reasons for all three making the case.

In the end, could this lead to a cancellation of the game altogether? Join Locked on Aggies host Cole Thompson as he breaks down where the Aggies go from here due to the NCAA ruling.

Jalen Wydermyer made history at Texas A&M. Now, he looks to make history in the NFL. Wydermyer officially declared for the 2022 NFL Draft on Monday. Posting to Twitter his goodbye, the junior shared his final thoughts, also announcing that he would not play in Gator Bowl with the No. 25 Aggies against No. 17 Wake Forest.

"Aggie Nation, 12th Man, in the entire College Station community, from my first visit at campus, it felt like home," Wydermyer penned. "Thank you for making me one of your own."

Wydermyer was a finalist for the Mackey Award in 2021. He has the opportunity to be the top tight end target in the 2022 NFL Draft barring a strong combine. Where does he fit best at the next level? Join Locked on Aggies host Cole Thompson to find out more on where Wydermyer should head come April.
