Jim sits down with South Dakota ranchers Charles and Heather Maude to hear their story of how the Forest Service indicted them for theft of government property for a fence that had been in the same spot for 70 years. They were charged seperately and could not talk to each other about the case. They expose all of the details that convinced them that the end goal was to destroy their family and their ranch, but thanks to an agriculture army, a lawyer that stumbled on to the case, and a new Secretary of Agriculture, they accomplished the impossible and got the charges dropped.

Jim and Shad dedicate most of this episode to the arrest of Heather and Charles Maude of South Dakota (4:10). The Maudes are a young couple with two small children. They operate a ranch in South Dakota and have been harrassed and now arrested over a fence that has been in the same place since 1906. Many in the community believe this is an intimidation tactic, and land grab by the U.S. Forest Service.
