This week on the Love Letters, Life, and Other Conversations Podcast Jane and Wendy share how we can give a Love Letters to Ourselves.

Wendy and Jane are no longer waiting for someone to give them permission to live their lives as they want them to be.  They have each written a love letter to themselves in the form of a motto to live by.  Jane’s love letter to herself is “I’m never going back to the beige, I’m only available for extraordinary” and Wendy’s love letter to herself is “I’m only available for what delights me!’

They talk about;

• How what we are seeking lies in giving ourselves permission and how that act shows others it is possible for them also.
• What extraordinary experiences are and how to recognize them.
• That being happy is not selfish, it is a gift to yourself and others.

• That the extraordinary can be the most ordinary thing…like digging in the garden.
