Luis Robert Jr. and Shohei Ohtani did what they do and the Chicago White Sox lose an ugly one, 2-1. Robert, Jr. hit a solo homerun in the first inning. It was the third game in a row that he has hit a homerun. Shohei Ohtani hit a mammoth homerun off Dylan Cease but Cease deserved better for his performance. Cease went six innings and struck out ten. He struck out Mike Trout three times. The White Sox offense was lifeless. Sox only had three hits and two of them were from Robert, Jr. The Angels walked it off on a wild pitch by Aaron Bummer. The Sox are twelve games under .500 and six games back in the AL Central. Michael Kopech goes for the Sox on Tuesday and the Angels send Ohtani to the mound.
