Key Learnings:

1. There are BIG planetary shifts happening this month, and the overall theme is about POWER. How will you use your power? How can you reclaim your power?

2. Saturn in Pisces encourages us to ‘put form’ around our spiritual lives and creativity. It is a wonderful time to begin a new spiritual practice or start working on a creative project in a more focused way. Pluto moving in Aquarius is asking that power be made available for all of humanity. We will see interesting developments in innovation, as well as discovering where innovation is not being used for the highest good of all.

3. The Equinox happens on the 20th, the new moon on the 21st, Pluto moves into Aquarius on the 23rd and the feast day of Archangel Gabriel is the 24th followed by the Annunciation on the 25th. All of these events happening so close to each other is a sign from the Divine, an invitation to own our power and say yes to something that matters to us.

What kind of daily meditation can you do to magnify your manifesting ability? The one I share with you today is different than what you might expect, but it is CRUCIAL to helping you to open your heart and mind to receiving!

Today is the fourth and final episode in our four-part series on manifesting. Let’s recap what we have learned so far:

1. The most powerful and magnetic energy is LOVE. The more you can be "in the energy of love," the greater your manifesting ability.

2. Sensation precedes manifestation. Your body is an emotional filter and bears the unmistakable marks of your prevalent emotions. Emotional disturbances, especially suppressed emotions, are the causes of all dis-ease.

3. As you prepare for sleep, assume and maintain the consciousness of success by feeling “I am successful.” This is the technique of falling asleep with the feeling of the wish fulfilled.

You are already an amazing manifester! Just look around…everything in your life YOU manifested!!! And if there are some things in your life that you would like to change, this is the episode for you. It’s a bit like gardening…if you see a weed, you know you haven’t planted the right seed! There is!!

2. Your life is like a garden. The results you see are like the fruits of a plant in your garden. You must’ve planted a seed to produce that result, there is no other way. Plant a new seed, aka belief, that will produce the result you desire.

3. You can start planting all kinds of belief seeds in the soil of your subconscious mind, but ONE belief is all you need: Life loves me. This one belief will produce miracles in every area of your life.

2. Divine Love is the great magnifier. It is the most powerful and magnetic force in the Universe. The more you can be in the energy of love, the higher your point of attraction.

3. In Bob Proctor’s book, Change Your Paradigm, Change Your Life, he states that ‘when you put yourself in the energy of love, love is all you can attract.” Everything that you truly desire is in this state. I call it the field of unconditional love.

Mother Mary gave me a prayer and blessing to share with you for this new year! The energy of 2023 is quite different than 2022, and you might be feeling ‘unsettled’ as you get used to this new vibration. This prayer will help with that.

In this episode, I channel a spontaneous prayer from Mother Mary, one that will bless you as you adjust to the new frequency of 2023, or any time you are adjusting to a new circumstance. I hope this prayer will help you experience more joy, light, peace and wisdom and will help you feel supported during this annual shift.
